It’s okay to help others, but make sure you’re not putting in more effort than them, and that you’re getting the rest you need. I hope this helps, and happy New Year!

6. This year won’t be the easiest, but it does promise changes. It may seem like a rollercoaster of highs and lows. The biggest struggle here, is these changes are going to be out of your control. Just trust that this is all happening for your own good. As to why this is all happening, you’re not meant to know that yet. It almost seems to be an insurmountable task to get through this. 2020 carries a great energy for you to get through this. A new decade, and new beginning energy. Take some time to start working on this. Even 10 to 15 minutes a day ro start. To work on feeling better, and shift your perspective to gratitude for what you do have. If you can dedicate the time and effort, it will become easier, and have a snowball effect. Things can get much, much better, with a little effort and determination.
